Lafayette is home to some of the best Cajun Creole Chefs in the south, we celebrate food every chance we get.  Let's just say that for every Louisiana food, there's a festival celebrating it.  The Frog, Crawfish, Catfish, Rice, Yam, Boudin, Rabbit, Cracklin, Shrimp, Smoked Meat, Cochon de Lait, Duck, Cattle, Giant Omelette, Sugarcane, Strawberry, Peach, Andouille, Alligator, Black Pot, and Hot Sauce Festivals just to name a few.  Lafayette Louisiana, "The Heart of Cajun Country".

We started Bayou Seasonings with one thing in mind, to add flavor to our favorite foods and not just vinegar.  The right balance of fresh ingredients blending selected hot peppers creating sauces with flavor just like our local foods.
